Day by day
- Izmir Upon our arrival at Izmir airport or Kusadasi port or Cesme Port, our guide will meet you with your name sign and assist and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Izmir.

- Tepe Mezari Then we continue our visit to Thyatira, Before we check in at the hotel in Izmir, we enjoy a panoramic ride of Smyrna, one of the sites of the Seven Churches of Asia [Rev. 2:12-17]. dinner and overnight.
- Sardis (Sardes) We depart early in the morning to one of the most picturesque areas of any of the Seven Churches of Asia [Rev. 1:11; 3:1-4], Sardis, presently Sart
- Philadelphia Siesean Kilisesi After Sardes we continue our journey to Philadelphia, nowadays called Alasehir, another church of the Seven Churches of Asia [Rev. 1:11; 3:7], and the only church not censured.
- Laodicea Proceed to Laodicea [Rev. 1:11; 3:14; Col. 2:1; 4:13-16]. We see the ancient theater, the remains of basilica and ancient stone water pipes.We visit the Gate of Domitian, the Arcadian Way, the 2nd century AD Theater, the Nymphaion, the Temple of Apollo, the Plutonium and the Necropolis.
- Hierapolis & Pamukkale We drive to the healing city of Hierapolis, the white (cotton fortress) where hot mineral water bursts from the earth and cascades over steep cliffs forming pools,
- Ephesus Ancient City Drive to Ephesus, one of the 12 cities of Ionian League (an ancient Greek district on the western coast of Asia Minor) is located near Izmir. As a port city it was a major departure point for trade routes into Asia Minor. Walk through history along marble streets lined with wonderful public buildings, among them the Baths of Scholastica, the Library of Celsus; it was built in the beginning of the 2nd century A.D. by Gaius Julius Aquila to be a memorial to his father Gaius Julius Celsus Polemanus, the proconsul of Province of Asia. , the Temple of Hadrian and The Grand Theater are two of the most impressive buildings in Ephesus. Grand theatre was built in 3rd century B.C and it was later expanded to 24.000 spectators by the Romans in the 1st century A.D
- The House of the Virgin Mary The House of Virgin Mary is located on the Aladag Mountains 5 miles away from Ephesus. At the third Ecumenical Council on 431 AD in Ephesus, it was claimed that Mary came to Ephesus with St. John in 37 A.D. and lived there until her death in 48 A.D. After the discovery of the house, the Archbishop of Izmir declared there as a place of pilgrimage in 1892. On July 26, 1967, Pope Paul VI visited this place and prayed there
- Basilica of St. John After House of Virgin Mary, drive to St. John’s Basilica, it is believed that the evangelist St. John had spent his last years in the region around Ephesus and buried in the southern slope of Ayosolug Hill
- The Temple of Artemis We will stop at Artemis Temple where used to be one of the seven wonders of the ancient world as our last stop before drive back to Kusadasi
- Kusadasi Gazi Begendi Park On our way back to Kusadasi we will drive through Gazibegendi Park. Arrival to our hotel and overnight in Kusadasi
- Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport Pick up from hotel and private transfer to Izmir airport

Can not praise highly enough the professionalism of this company. Before we even left Australia, Ferda was easily available via What's App with information, what steps to take next, where to meet, itinerary etc. Then we met our guide, Olgu and driver Mehmet at the pick up point, and we were in safe hands from then on. Even after the tour ended, they and Olgu went above and beyond, helping us buy ferry and bus tickets when we had online banking issues. Olgu stayed in touch, to ensure our time in Turkey was memorable, which it was. Such an informative tour. Visually and geographically, the west coast is a most beautiful part of the country. 100% recommend. Olgu is an asset to Turkish tourism and should be commended.
We had an amazing five day tour and visited all the sites of the seven churches, as well as learning about Turkish culture and the Biblical history of various sites. Our tour guide Olgu was the perfect guide for this type of tour. He was very enthusiastic, energetic, and engaging! He really knows what he’s talking about when it comes to knowledge about the seven churches and various sites. He was extremely friendly, gave great recommendations along the way, and was overall super helpful. If you want a Bible-oriented tour, he’s definitely the person to guide you. We were honestly impressed with his depth of knowledge, particularly in Ephesus. The hotels included and the overall package was a great experience. The driver was also very accommodating and helpful which made the overall tour really pleasant. A great experience and would highly recommend!
This tour was absolutely incredible! The 7 churches was made alive by the places we visited and even more by our tour guide Olgu! Olgu was an attentive, knowledgeable and passionate tour guide who excited us by the passion for the 7 churches of revelation and gave us more information and showed us maps of the city and gave us extra information on the excavations. We visited Ephesus, Smyrna, Bergama, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodecia! These are the places you go to satisfy what you’re thinking and know about the Bible and the 7 churches of Revelation. The ruins some bigger or smaller than others all held massive significance to the letters in Revelation. We were recommended the best restaurants for dinner, all delicious, as well as hotels that included breakfast and dinner! I was really excited when the Bible came alive for us and it was even better as a private family experience as knowledge was tailored to fit our biblical perspective as well as historically relevant and engaging knowledge!
I went on a tour of the seven churches of Revelation with my mother. From the outset, the registration process with Ephesus Tour (Curio Travel) was simple, and their answer was really quick. This was a most enjoyable and well organised tour, hotels and vehicle were excellent and the guide was very knowledgeable on the subject. The driver too was very friendly and helpful, would have no hesitation in recommending this tour to anyone interested in this subject. There was 9 people in our group and having the tour exclusively for us was ideal.
