Amazing place .. outweighed expectations. Very hot day so take cover when you can. Lots of information around and interesting they are still excavating.
We were unable to hear the audio, so it was a bit of a disappointment. We read the places highlighted instead and that plus the posters and explanations on the aite, helped us get through.
The archaeological site of Ephesus is unique. The audio guide helped me to understand the history of the monument.
It is an essential stop, the majesty of these ruins is simply unmatched. Although the restoration of the restoration is the level of detail in the columns and the story they manage to convey is very interesting. My recommendation is that if you didn't know anything about Ephesus, you should go against the route. First and fewer rows, second have the advantage of accessing the immersive museum experience at once which leaves them more in context to appreciate the history of the city and finally make the ascent route which makes it safer since the floors are quite slippery in descent
