   Avanos

   Avanos is a charming town in Cappadocia, famous for its rich pottery tradition and scenic views along the Kızılırmak River.    Pasabag Vadisi

   Pasabag, also known as Pasha's Vineyard, is located along the Zelve road between the well-known town of Goreme and the traditional pottery town of Avanos. This area is famous for its stunning cone-shaped rock formations called Fairy Chimneys, which rise majestically throughout the vineyard. The name Pasha refers to a significant official from Ottoman times when the region was conquered. However, it is more widely recognized as Monks Valley, a name derived from the numerous monk retreats carved into the soft rock formations.

   Creating a handmade Turkish carpet involves multiple stages: Gathering Materials: Wool, cotton, or silk is collected. Wool Preparation: The wool is spun into balls and arranged on a frame. Weaving: The wool is woven according to a specific design. Finishing Touches: Completed sections are carefully trimmed with scissors. Finalization: The entire process can take months or even years, resulting in a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Enjoy discovering the art of Turkish carpet making!
