My experience at Sanctuary Spa was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. The entire Wellness Ritual package was one of the most relaxing and refreshing spa experiences I have ever had while traveling in Turkey. Damla did my facial skin care program, and she was amazing. My skin felt refreshed, smooth, and rejuvenated afterward. She was professional, gentle, and clearly experienced at what she does. Mustafa performed the Ritual Hamam experience on me, and it was incredible. The traditional Turkish hamam treatment was deeply relaxing and left me feeling completely renewed. He made the entire experience comfortable, authentic, and unforgettable. Murat did my deep tissue massage and reflexology treatment, and honestly, I feel so much better physically afterward. The deep tissue massage relieved a lot of tension and soreness in my shoulders and body, while the reflexology treatment was extremely calming and relaxing. He knew exactly where the pressure and stress points were. The entire 3-hour wellness ritual was worth every minute. From the sauna and detox drink to the foot care and treatments, everything was peaceful, professional, and high quality. I left feeling refreshed, stress-free, and completely relaxed. Visiting this hamam was the best way to relax and recharge. The process was well -organised, starting with a gentle steam, followed by scrub that left my skin feeling unbelievably smooth. Julia was professional and attentive, ensuring comfort throughout. Thank you, Mustafa, for organising this unique adventure for us.
Beautiful premises inside (once you descend down the escalator), traditionally decorated and sparking clean. I had Mustafa take care of me and he is a highly qualified hamamcı and physio-therapist. So this was my best hamam experience ever and I have been coming to Turkey every year since 2011.
My sister and I had the luxury spa treatment for my sister’s 20th birthday. The treatment itself was incredible, we had 2 lovely women taking us through the traditional baths, the massage and the facial. We had wonderful drivers who transferred us to and from our accommodation with ease. The staff were incredibly friendly and reassuring throughout the spa - constantly making sure we were comfortable. The staff were incredible, they were outgoing and extremely hospitable!! Even providing sparking wine and a birthday cake afterwards. I could not rate this establishment more highly and would recommend to anyone considering a relaxing treat.

MELEY was amazing with her healing hands and applied different techniques on my body. It help me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I visited the spa 9 times during my October holiday & was picked up from a local hotel near Olu Deniz beach. The team make me feel so welcomed, respected and relaxed. They are friendly and the surroundings are beautiful. This place is heavenly and is a must visit. Special thanks to AHMET, ALICAN and JEEHAN too who provided an excellent service with my pick up and made every effort with their attentive caring service.
Highly recommend this place - had an excellent massage, it really does feel like a sanctuary. I’ve been to quite a few of these hamams over the years and this place was indeed one of the best. A lovely spa with very kind and welcoming staff - thoroughly enjoyed my entire package. It was incredibly relaxing and felt as light as a feather when we left.
An absolute must. Such a spoil. Excellent experience. Deep tissue massage. Fabulous exfoliating bath, professional staff.
