Therapeutic Massage

Firstly I should say at the start of my holiday with my sisters we had the Sanctuary Special Package: Turkish Bath, anti-sress massage, foot and face care. It was wonderful, just what the body needed. We all went back for 3 sessions of medical massages over the next 9 days. We had personal treatments with the same masseurs from the first day, Katsat, Julia and Komang. They were professional, welcoming and focused on our individual needs. Front of desk, Mahri always had a welcoming smile and was informative regarding the treatments. I can highly recommend this Spa.

I came to Olu Deniz as I have been feeling stress and anxiety, as a key worker (not NHS) we have been doing more hours 40 -60, when before I was thinking of going p/t 24 per week. My body is broken every muscle has turned to stone and in pain all the time, GP recommended physio, but have not been able to get appointment. So I came here to see if I could get a massage. One day one decided to have a Turkish bath and relaxation massage to start off. When massue start Turkish bath he told me that all my musle felt like stone and I needed a few medical massages to sort, so I booked 3, 1 every 3 days to see if this would help, I will be honest at home I was not able to walk to end of street, before muscles hurt and I had to turn and go home, normally I can walk huskies 4-5 miles no issue, just a pit stop in middle for a drink and dogs get a treat. I have not been able to do this for about 3 months. Murat has made me feel like a new woman, At least 10 years younger and able to walk from one end of beach to other. I can not thank him enough, I was not in a good place, every thing hurt, now only ribs are hurting from laughing so much, the joy he has given me back. I have found my mo-jo again. I can not thank him enough.

I had a car accident when I was 16 I'm 52 now I've had back pain since then I had a medical massage by murat after he had finished I could not believe the difference it hurt having the massage but by the time he finished I had not back pain at all its only been 3 days since I've had the massage but I've ad no pain ill definitely be going there again next him I return to turkey 3 friends and I also had a turkish bath that was wonderful

We (girlfriend and I) visited the Spa 5 times during our 10 day stay in Ölüdeniz. The quality of the spa is very high, workers are very professional and prices are incredible vs treatment in the UK. The pacing between treatments is relaxed and nothing feels rushed or half-hearted. Every treatment we had was very thorough, from the Turkish bath/scrubs/clay to medical massage. Re the medical massage, the 3x massage package is particularly amazing value at £50, you would not get a single massage of the quality I received for that price in the UK. To preface I had a shoulder injury 13 years ago which eventually required surgery to repair my rotator cuff, and address cartilage loss (stage 3-4). This area is problematic for me in terms of stiffness, soreness and range of movement and I have frequent therapies both in UK and abroad to alleviate my symptoms. In terms of value (quality + price) I struggle to recall a better massage I have had - Murat is honestly a magician in targeted massage, and I would recommend him to anyone who suffers any medical complaint in the back/shoulders/neck area and would be confident of results.

The sanctuary day spa is a hidden gem below the main strip. I had three massages here during my week holiday and they were amazing. I’d say the best massages I’ve had in years. The price is really reasonable and the staff are so friendly abs attentive. A must visit when in Ölüdeniz.
