Fethiye Market (Half-day) from Sarigerme

Good half fay trip with plenty of time. Nice pick up in lovely van and dropped off with ample information. The market is just what you'd expect and a little samey but fethiye is a lovely place to walk around and it's good to have enough time to do both

Amazing trip, great communication whilst booking the trip through Facebook, prompt pickup and a really knowledgeable tour guide who was amazing! He walked us into the market, showed us where best to go, and little tips and what to do in the market! Overall a great trip, which we both enjoyed! Thank you - we will definitely book trips with you again next year!

Good well organised trip to the market by Basket travel but, no bargains to be had at the market. The T shirt sellers have signs 4 t shirts for £10, when you pick the better shirts I couldn’t get for less than £10 each, quality no bad but come on. On the goods side of the market the traders started with silly price and sometimes accepted 50% which is still a good profit. What about others who are afraid the haggle. Not impressed on the goods side. However the produce side was very good, 1kg of peach for 15 lira or 75 pence. Overall not a bad market but the traders asking silly prices.

Was ok if not too much time to hang around, very busy market, you get hassled a lot by traders, some of the prices asked for were a joke, for example i would have bought two belts off a trader if he had not started his bidding at 75 euro's for the two belts worth about 20 to 25 euro's at best, he would not go lower than 45 euro's so i walked away. I felt this was a wasted half day, would not recommend this excursion, there are far better ones on offer.

Journey time far outweighed the time there! Market was all fake goods. Luckily we walked round the harbour and stumbled on the old town. Much better for shopping! If you like fake goods then this is the trip for you, otherwise head to the old town for shopping. 3 hours wasn't long enough in old town so was pass on the trip and make my own way there
