   Langkawi District

   The Malaysian jungle is home to many species of flora and fauna and, if you are lucky, you might observe monkeys, birds, insects, or even a flying lemur, mouse deer, wild boar, or civet cat. With 40 species of snakes located on the island of Langkawi, it's probable your guide may spot one. Please note that sighting of wildlife is a challenge, due to the density of the tropical rainforest, and can not be guaranteed.
