After making sushi, enjoy matcha with a seasonal Japanese dessert. This is a casual matcha experience, not a formal tea ceremony. Seated at the table, use traditional tools and whisk your own matcha.
Limited to one private group per day, with a maximum of 4 guests, the class offers a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy Japanese culture and hands-on cooking.
Each guest will receive an English recipe and bamboo sushi rolling mat to take home.
Free pick-up and drop-off at Shin-Sapporo Subway Station is available for up to 4 guests. Drop-off at Hokkaido Ballpark F Village is also available.

Please note that all participants in the same booking will make the same sushi roll design. After making your sushi, enjoy a relaxing matcha experience with seasonal Japanese sweets. This is more than a cooking class—it's a chance to experience Japanese culture in a warm and welcoming home. The experience is conducted in English, and an English recipe is provided. You'll also receive a bamboo sushi rolling mat to take home, so you can make sushi again after your trip. Take photos with your handmade sushi in a traditional Japanese home setting. This experience is perfect for travelers who want to create lasting memories in Japan.

This was my first time making this kind of sushi roll, and I was a little worried about whether I could really make the flower shape. But the instructor explained everything so clearly and patiently that I was able to make it successfully. I was so happy with how it turned out, and it tasted delicious too! It was such a fun and memorable experience.

I learned how to make delicious and cute Sushi rolls while looking at the beautiful gardening. The owner, Tomoko, taught me kindly and carefully, even though I was a beginner at making sushi rolls, and it was a lot of fun♪ I learned something new to offer at the party :) And most of all, talking with everyone while cooking was enjoy than I expected!
