Chiang Rai Bicycle Tour
Vi begynder at cykle fra vores kontor. Efter en kort sikkerheds briefing og personlig tilpasset cykeltilpasning begynder vi vores cykling gennem landsbyer og rismarker, og følg Lao-floden opstrøms. Cykelturen er behagelig med meget grønt på grund af nærheden af floden. Mens du cykler, vil du opdage det ægte landlige Thailand og se den lokale livsstil i udkanten af Chiang Rai. Vi cykler forbi forskellige frugtplantager, rismarker, gummiplantager og teaktræer.

We did the white temple 50 km tour and I can only recommend it. Our guide Amon was amazing and did a great job guiding as. At all major stops, his support car was waiting for us with cold drinks, snacks and fresh fruits. Not only did we see the white temple, but also visited hidden gems, like a giant sitting buddha or a local market, where we ended our tour. Only thing I regret is not having time for another tour or even a multi-day trip. Highly recommended, as this is the perfect way for visiting the white temple.
We were lucky and had great weather. Neither of us are cyclist but we see I'd just fine! Beautiful way to see beautiful Chiang Rai and build up a big appetite!
We had an absolutely fantastic experience on this full-day bike tour. If you want to see a side of Chiang Rai that most tourists never get to see, this is it! We cycled through local villages and along backroads, which gave us a true feel for the region. Our itinerary included a local market, the iconic White Temple, a beautiful tea plantation, and the Big Buddha. Everything was perfectly organized. A huge thank you to Amon and to your family for such a wonderful and welcoming experience. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore the authentic side of Chiang Rai. Don’t hesitate, just book it!
We went on two full-day tours, one around Chiang Rai and the other to the Golden Triangle. We have done bicycle tours in other Asian countries, and we find Chiang Rai Bicycle Tour exceptional for the following three reasons: First, the bicycles are of very good quality. Second, the itineraries are well designed - they avoid busy roads, and one gets a wonderful insight into Thai rural life. Third and most importantly, the owner-manager Khun Bee is an outstanding guide: very pleasant and very knowledgeable and ready to answer all our questions specific to the tour and on Thai culture in general.
The bicycle tour was amazing, such nice views we passed on the countryside. The bikes are well equipped and the guide 'Amon' is very friendly & knowledgeable. We really liked this tour.
Tour amended to suit my level of skill. Mainly flat some hills in the countryside. We had seen the White Temple yesterday so we rode in the countryside seeing local farmers harvesting rice by hand, threshing rice , and drying. Some small but beautiful temples and the amazing Golden Buddha. We met locals making charcoal, visited a local fresh market and finally a tea plantation. Lots of birds and different plants including a rubber tree farm tapping for the rubber to sell. Bee and his family made us so welcome, keeping us well fed and refreshed. The day was everything and so much more than we could have wished for. I could have ordered an electric bike, if our travel agent had informed us this was an option but Bee adjusted the day to suit my ability. Thank you.
Great cultural and natural experience on 2 wheels! Amon and his sister thought of everything and more, fresh local snacks at every stop exceeded our expectations. The trek bikes were very well taken care of and Amon was ready with every gadget (one of us had a flat tire which he fixed within minutes). We truly enjoyed the day.
That was a wonderful day, very interesting sites visited (temple, local market, rice fields, buffalo) + true interaction with local people + good guide (thx again Amon!) + perfect food drink provided by support car. Good pace for a family, but 54km though !!
