Einsteigen ins Türkische Bad Wir holen Sie zur angegebenen Zeit von Ihrem Hotel ab und bringen Sie zum Ort. Vom ersten Moment an, in dem Sie die Einrichtung betreten, wird Ihnen unser professionelles Personal in jeder Angelegenheit behilflich sein. Sie erhalten einen Spind mit Schloss, um Ihre Sachen zusammen mit den notwendigen Materialien für das Bad aufzubewahren. Nachdem Sie sich umgezogen und Ihren Körper mit einem Schleier namens „peştemal“ umhüllt haben, werden Sie von unseren Mitarbeitern in alle Bereiche des Türkischen Bades eingeführt. In unserem Türkischen Bad betreten wir zunächst den Hochtemperaturraum namens "Sauna", um uns aufzuwärmen. In diesem Bereich, der aus Glaswand und Holzoberfläche besteht, machen wir unseren Körper mit einem Menthol-Effekt weich. Hier reibt Sie unsere professionelle Masseurin mit einem speziellen Waschhandschuh ein und nimmt die abgestorbene Haut Ihres Körpers. Bei diesem Verfahren legen Sie sich auf den heißen Marmor und erhalten eine Schaummassage. Nach dem Peeling können unsere Gäste eine 20-minütige Ölmassage von unserem erfahrenen Therapeuten genießen. Diese Massagegebühr ist ebenfalls im Reisepreis enthalten. We had a good experience at the Hammam and Spa which offered value for the price. The spa is located below some shops in an unassuming place, so if you’re expecting a fancy or luxurious building, this is not it. Once inside however the spa is well decorated. There are lockers and a changing area- although they don’t give you a gown or towel when you change so you have to walk through the reception in your bikini. The sauna room was a good size and they ensure you are only in there with people from your own booking. The men in the bath section were friendly and did a good job of scrubbing the skin. The ladies who give the oil massage were lovely and give a mixture of Thai and oil massage (they tell you only 10 minutes is included in the price however when I showed them the TA page said 20minutes they did not argue). They do try and upsell you but I didn’t feel they were pushy. More of a safety factor- No drinks are included in the spa experience, not even water or some Turkish tea which they seem to give out for free everywhere. You can purchase drinks from the fridge however I feel with the whole experience being so hot with no where to cool down between each stage, water needs to be available to ensure guests remain hydrated because you loose so much fluid through sweat which is dangerous. Please consider providing water with the experience to avoid guests getting heat stroke. All in all, good experience, efficient pickup and drop off, did what it says on the tin so go for it for a simple hammam experience.
As a family of 5 with a 20 yr old, 16 yr old & 12 year old we really enjoyed this experience. Was well organised and professional. The only reason a star was dropped was the constant upselling. Exfoliation and massage was amazing. I do recommend this spa.
We really enjoyed our experience, the staff were really friendly. They were a little pushy with trying to get us to add on an extra massage however we said we’d just have the 20 minute oil massage that was included in our experience. The scrub and foam massage is very relaxing, but the oil massage was unreal! I felt so relaxed and the ladies that do it are so lovely and made me feel comfortable. My skin felt so soft after and I thought it was really good value for money for what was included, it was a great way to spend the morning. It is definitely worth visiting.
What an amazing experience! We wanted a traditional turkish bath experience, and thats exactly what we got. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly, very attentive and made us feel comfortable. Offered traditional turkish tea and coffee after, and bottled water throughout. Our transport was delayed so they arranged a taxi and paid for it. Highly recommend Sultan Turkish Bath!
We wanted an authentic turkish bath experience and it was just like that. The experience was good value for money (we didn’t get any of the extra paid treatments and I’m happy we didn’t because this was plenty by itself). They picked us up from the hotel, brought us to the Sultan Turkish Baths, where we changed into swimwear, then went into a sauna, followed by the turkish bath ritual (scrub & foam) and ending with a 20 min oil massage which was very relaxing. We came out clean, relaxed and refreshed.
Went with two teens and two adults. All rated a 10/10. Unique way to spend half a day in Turkey. Would definitely do again!
This is not a luxury spa day by any stretch of the imagination, but we all left feeling relaxed and glad we had the experience. We were picked up in an old shuttle bus with no A/C and after 30 minutes of sitting around with no communication, we nearly bailed. Once in the bath house, our apprehension started to wane and we started having a bit more fun. The “bathers” (my word not theirs) were entertaining and took good care of us during the scrub down and foam massage portion of the experience. This part felt the most authentic. Be warned, you will be in a bathing suit, but other participants will be watching everything so if you are very modest, probably not the activity for you. We all opted for a 45 minute massage which was the highlight. After 2 weeks of travel, it was nice to have a down day to unwind and certainly less expensive than a spa service on the ship. The facial portion was very nice and our skin felt amazing afterward. Note- massages are an additional charge so plan accordingly. This is one of those- “when it Turkey, you just have to…” experiences.
Nobody showed, no communication sent them a message then never responded. Finally reached viator support they got a hold of them finally over an hour after pick up they said they called and messaged me however never received a missed call or message so they lied. Asked for a refund and viator denied request for refund. So I am currently doing a charge back on my credit card. This is the 2nd of 3 times this has happened to me using viator. I always trusted them but not anymore. Time to find a new company. Viator is taking zero responsibility for this or is the agency they hired for this excursion. Save your money don't do it!!!!
