Überblick
Gegen 1 Uhr nachmittags fahren wir zu einem herrlichen Ort in den Höhen des Beaujolais für ein Picknick.
Dieser Moment ist einer Verkostung von Weinen von den 1960er Jahren bis heute gewidmet, um das Spektrum der Rebsorte Gamay durch die Zeit abzudecken. Die Weine werden von einem Dutzend Käse und saisonalen Gourmetprodukten begleitet.
Letzte Verkostung des Tages nach dem Mittagessen und vor der Rückkehr nach Lyon.
Als Weinhändler, WSET3-Absolvent, werde ich an diesem Tag mit Ihnen über französischen Wein und seine Besonderheiten sprechen.
Ein privater Chauffeur wird uns den ganzen Tag fahren. Tesla oder Mercedes Klasse E für Paare und Mercedes Klasse V Van für Party von 3 oder mehr.
Weine können gekauft und nach Hause versendet werden.

Fleurie
Erster Besuch des Tages in einem Beaujolais Weingut. Wir stellen sicher, dass Sie ein biodynamisches, natürliches Weingut wählen, um den Tag zu beginnen, damit Sie die aktuelle Dynamik des Beaujolais, der neuen Generation, kennenlernen können. Der Standort befindet sich im Herzen der 10 regionalen Crus, darunter Fleurie, Morgon, Brouilly und Julienas . Wir verbringen etwa eine Stunde mit dem Weingut und lernen dessen Geschichte und Weine kennen. Rund 6 Weine werden verkostet, darunter ein alter Jahrgang.

Villie-Morgon
Zweiter Besuch des Tages in einem Beaujolais Weingut. Für diesen zweiten Besuch entscheiden wir uns für ein Weingut, das die Reben und die Vinifikation wie in den 1970er und 1980er Jahren verarbeitet. So erhalten Sie einen Einblick in die Unterschiede zwischen den aufeinanderfolgenden Generationen im Beaujolais. Der Standort befindet sich im Herzen der 10 regionalen Crus, darunter Fleurie, Morgon, Brouilly und Julienas . Mont Brouilly
Es ist ein Aussichtspunkt auf dem Gipfel eines Berges, Mont Brouilly, der die Weine Côte-de-Brouilly und Brouilly produziert. Es ist eine großartige Möglichkeit zu verstehen, warum die Beaujolais Terroirs zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehören.

Hugo was a perfect guide. He took us to three small houses and the winemakers were passionate about their wine and the Beaujolais terroir.
We spent a couple of days with Hugo tasting wines in the Beaujolais and Northern Rhône regions. Hugo arranged the tastings in both regions in advance and did all of the driving. He also arranged lunch each day. All was easy to arrange--Hugo was communicative. He showed-up exactly on-time, and the tours involved what was promised. His car was clean, comfortable, and (importantly in August!) air-conditioned. It's a very professional operation. We asked Hugo to focus on smaller producers, and he followed-through on that request--we visited some tiny producers that were definitely off the beaten path. Many of our tastings were in tiny tasting rooms and/or wine caves. As a result, we got a great feel for the region and its tremendous history. It was awesome to speak with actual winemakers, instead of just tasting room employees. Hugo did a nice job translating when the winemaker's English was limited. The lunches that Hugo chose were great, too--excellent meals in charming establishments, especially a seasonal, garden-based restaurant in Beaujolais. Hugo himself is affable, humorous, and a good conversationalist.
We took two tours with Lyon Private Tours—Northern Cote du Rhône with Nathalie and Beaujolais with Jeremie. Both were excellent, well-versed, thoughtful and insightful guides. We learned so much about the history, culture, food and wine of both regions. Jeremie booked a fantastic lunch for us each day—amazing food and wine! Can’t wait to go back to France and repeat our memorable experiences.
We had an incredible day in the Beaujolais region with Hugo! Everything was perfect — transportation, pace of each stop, quality of the itinerary. Hugo was a very informative and welcoming guide. The tour was the highlight of our trip in France. Would recommend to everyone!
By far the best wine tour of our lives. The winemakers we met have delicious wines, they're passionate about their craft and eager to share their knowledge, we're far from an orchestrated visit. A key element of the day, given that we were a family of 5, Hugo suggested that rather than a traditional lunch, we opt for a picnic in the vines with a blind tasting of 6 wines from old vintages paired with local produce (cheeses, charcuterie, bread, truffle butter) of the highest quality. A memorable day to remember.
Hugo put on an amazing tour for us, taking us to two biological (pesticide-free wineries) locations in the morning, a delicious lunch with an epic view, and a cool, local tasting room in the afternoon. Across the board, we enjoyed the entire trip and will happily be looking to book another trip with Hugo when we come back in the future.
We booked a private tour (2 of us) with Hugo and he took us to three amazing spots where we had several samples. Hugo is very knowledgeable and made us feel so welcome and a part of the experience. The views and the wine were fantastic. Lunch was incredible and he went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience every place we went. From the wine to the food to the conversation it was more than we could hope for. We loved it so much we booked another tour with Hugo the next night. Book this tour!
It was a pleasant and besutiful day!!! Ugo is a great guy who really loves what ge do… he took us first to a besutiful little church on top of a mountain where tou have a breathless view of Beaujolais and then visit two vineyards with interesting stories of their owners… had a great lunch and company!!!! Fully recommended
