Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride in Cappadocia

1. Our balloon started late after everyone else and after the sunrise! I booked specially for seeing sunrise from the balloon but unfortunately we couldn’t 2. They didn’t give breakfast 3. They served a drink in dirty glasses which I couldn’t drink because of the smell of the glass. 4. In they way back they dropped us away from our hotel entrance

We booked through this agency last minute after all flights to Cappadocia were full. At the booking desk we found Kadir who was exceptionally friendly. Of course at the stage of booking everyone is but Kadir took everything a step further. After we booked and paid he gave us his WhatsApp. He was in touch with us throughout the trip, checking in on us and sometimes to our surprise even replying to messages at 1am! He carefully planned and coordinated our pickup points and drop off points. The entire team from drivers to hotel staff went way beyond their call of duty. On our free day where we had nothing booked, we decided to independently go horse riding, on an ATV and to take some photos. All I did was ask for a taxi and in return received a FREE coordinated mode of transport from point to point. Amazing service guys. I have traveled to many places and use several services.
