Surf Lesson Without the Crowds Including GoPRO Videos

My experience was so EPIC. I have dreamt of learning how to surf for the longest. My instructor Jack was AMAZING. He was attentive, funny, and provided feedback. Learning how to surf is definitely tiring- a full body work out, and requires good balance- helps if you have a strong core. I was given a vest to wear over my bathing top and water shoes. If you have the option for the tights- I’d take it. Getting on and off the board can be a lot on your legs if exposed - it’s what you’re comfortable with. Definitely stretch and open your hips before going - it would help a lot. I wish we had more time- it was so much fun!! I can’t wait to see what the videos look like. Thank you so much for this memorable experience.

First time on a surfboard and I’m totally hooked! The location was gorgeous, the waves were perfect, and my instructor was absolute gold—so clear, encouraging, and easy to learn from. ​I was catching and riding waves way faster than I ever expected for day one! Incredible vibe from start to finish. If you’re on the fence about booking a lesson, just do it.

John was great for teaching a first time surfer. My daughter had a blast and caught a few waves! It was nice being just a mile or two from the resort center.

If you ever thought about giving surfing a try, Michael does an excellent job keeping it simple and out there with you which made riding the waves easier than we ever expected.
