With every person that joins the tour, we help a person in need by donating a meal to the city's soup kitchen, you eat one you feed one!
It's a 3h walking tour, where there's mostly eating and less than 10 mins-walk between each stop. We’ll go to 5 specially selected stops within two different neighbourhoods.
You'll indulge and learn all about the unique culinary tradition of going out for pintxos! Pintxos pronounced 'pin-choss', these are different from tapas and imbedded in Basque culture. We're going to show you how to navigate the local food scene and eat the best that this city has to offer.
This experience is the kind of tour for people who hate the word 'tour' and genuinely travel for food and really want to get immersed in the culture and have fun.

We booked our tour directly with Topa Food Tours. From the very beginning, they communicated so well, accommodated som changes in our plans, and offered helpful recommendations in advance of our visit! On tour day, we met our lovely tour guide Maider! She was easy to find and so friendly and interesting. It was just our group and her, so we were able to go into all the places she selected. She offered us choices, made recommendations and made everything so easy. Our tour was both in city center and in old town, and every place and all the food and drinks were amazing!! It was a wonderful experience. Saw and tasted things we would never have found on our own. So happy I booked this tour!!

A great way to start our weekend in San Sebastián. Our guide, Lily, was very engaging and knowledgeable, and took us to some wonderful local bars & restaurants to sample several pintxos as well as local cider, wines & sherry. A beautiful city, a lovely evening and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Topa to any visitor to San Sebastián.
