Transferencia desde el Aeropuerto de Antalya a Side

The reason we chose Wolf Transport was because they offered a 24 seater which would have meant plenty of room for the 16 passengers, the 16 cases and the the 2 prams for our 90 minute + transfer. While the 18 seater VW Crafter was not too bad on our arrival in to Antalya, the 16 seater sprinter we had for our return flight was a complete joke. We had to have a child on one of the adults laps instead of a seat because we had to use one of the seats for luggage, we had luggage in the walk ways and one of the adults had to hold on to the suitcases in the rear of the vehicle to stop them falling on to other passengers. It was totally unacceptable and spoilt the end to our holiday. I must add, up until the return journey we were very happy with the service and communication from Wolf.

Left details of flight No and Airline and arrival time. My message was obviously not translated correctly or.midunderstood The driver messaged to say he was at the airport the early hours of the morning before. I understood why this had happened and requested clarification . No one answered the questions regarding my booking again or if they will arrive? On arrival no one to.meet us Very frustrating and costly

We paid for transfer in advance. When we got to airport there was no one there to collect us! fortunately we managed to get on TUI coach which kindly took us. Avoid!!!

Really easy to book and arrange. Great price. Was waiting with a sign at the airport and straight to a car. Car easily fitted 2 adults, 4 kids and luggage. Seat belts available and we were able to fit our own car seats we had brought with us. Driver was smoking throughout the journey but I think this is pretty standard in Turkey.

Our transfer from Antalya to Side was excellent, vehicle was a bit old but had plenty of room, driver was pleasant and friendly. The pick up for a return was terrible, driver was late and to make it worse he turned up at the hotel barrier and stopped. I approached him to try and ask him if he was our transfer. He was on his phone and kept waving me away, I said "Wolf Transfer" but he wasn't interested in trying to communicate with me and drove off. After ringing the office 3 times I had no reply, I even sent them a WhatsApp message, it was read and not replied too. The same driver returned 15mins later and said sorry, loaded our cases and off we went. The driver was not 100% in control of the vehicle in my opinion, i drive for a living and know what its like driving tired we had a number of near misses with other vehicles on route. Didn't feel safe unlike the journey from the airport. As for the convenience of a private transfer it's not always the cheapest that does the job, you get what you pay for. I would give a excellent score for the transfer from Antalya airport to Side and no score for the return and lack of communication when our driver was late.
