¿Quieres mejorar tus conocimientos de cata de vinos? Con esta clase magistral de vinos, aprenderá todo lo que hay que saber sobre Burdeos y más. En el corazón del casco antiguo de Burdeos, este taller de cata de vinos le enseñará no solo los fundamentos del vino, sino también la historia de los viñedos, sus características únicas y las principales variedades de uva. A lo largo de este taller de clase magistral, también aprenderá el enfoque correcto y sofisticado de la cata, cómo servir el vino a sus invitados y cómo maridar el vino de Burdeos con la comida. La masterclass será impartida por un profesional del vino local con experiencia en sommelier y/o viña. Después de una introducción a los viñedos de Burdeos, probará cuatro vinos diferentes de varias denominaciones, cada uno con su propio estilo y carácter distinguidos. Aprenderá las especificidades de cada región en términos de suelo, clima y variedades de uva y aprenderá a reconocer su sabor único. ¡Los vinos se combinarán con deliciosos chocolates y algunos quesos locales!

This experience totally exceeded our expectations! Jonathan was welcoming, funny and very knowledgeable. We had so much fun and learnt a lot about wine and the region. Definitely worth the money and would recommend to anyone coming to Bordeaux! We look forward to joining one of their tours soon!
I had the most amazing experience at Bordeaux wine trails for my wine pairing class! I took a class with Margot and she was very patient and kind and she went to the extent of helping me carry my luggage to the nearest Uber train station as I attended the class alone. I was treated with so much kindness and love and I would highly recommend border wine trails to anyone who’s looking for a fabulous wine pairing class.

I had a fantastic time on the Wine Bar Crawl with Bordeaux Wine Trails, led by John. It was the perfect mix of fun and learning - not just about the Wine but also about the city of Bordeaux. We visited several charming wine bars, each with its own unique vibe and welcoming hosts. John was an exceptional guide. He walked us through the basic of wine tasting in a way that was approachable and enjoyable, emphasizing that Wine should be savoured in the moment rather than overthinking it. The wines were paired with delicious local snacks- cheeses, charcuterie, speads, etc. All top-notch! My highlight of this tour, was trying natural wines, which was a first for me. I was pleasently surprised by their character and depth. Whether you're new to wine or a seasoned sipper, i highly recommend joining one of John's tours. Great vibes, excellent wines and new things to learn along the way!
Laura was extremely knowledgeable and fun! I would sign up for another tour with her, in fact we tried to but our time in Bordeaux was sadly too short!
Entering the wine cellar was a cool intro and then the wines and pairings came. A large map shows the sub-regions of Bordeaux which were explained. As a novice wine drinker I appreciated the skills taught to identify the wines as well as Cheese and chocolate pairings (some worked/didn't work for different people in my group's palates). The experienced wine enthusiasts in my group learned alot too! I would recommend this workshop.
Lovely time learning about wine with Jon. He was very knowledgable and made it engaging and fun. Delicious wines with lots of lovely snacks.
