Goreme Open Air Museum
El Museo al aire libre de Goreme es patrimonio de la UNESCO y es un museo esencial para comprender la herencia cristiana en Capadocia. El complejo monástico consta de cientos de cuevas excavadas en suaves rocas volcánicas durante cientos de años. Hoy en día, los mejores ejemplos de iglesias con frescos de finales de Bizancio en Capadocia se ven en el interior del museo al aire libre de Goreme. Aunque el Ministerio de Cultura y Turismo prohíbe guiar dentro de las iglesias rupestres, nuestro guía lo ayudará a llegar a cada iglesia y le explicará las estructuras antes de ingresar para que pueda comprender lo que está mirando cuando esté dentro solo. Karanlik Kilise
La iglesia Karanlik (oscura) alberga los mejores ejemplos de frescos tardíos de Bizancio en Capadocia. Esta iglesia intacta está pintada de abajo hacia arriba. Fairy Chimneys

Devrent Valley
El valle de Devrent (Imaginación) alberga las chimeneas de hadas más interesantes de Capadocia. Las piedras de basalto se esparcieron aleatoriamente dentro de las ignimbritas volcánicas que aparecieron con el tiempo debido a la erosión natural. Esto creó formas muy interesantes en formas animales y humanas que son naturales. El valle de Devrent (Imaginación) es una hermosa parada para tomar fotografías que no debe perderse una vez que esté en Capadocia.

Avanos
La ciudad de Avanos es una hermosa y exuberante ciudad de Capadocia. Los Avanos modernos y antiguos están separados entre sí por el río Rojo, que es el río más largo de la República de Turquía. La arcilla roja formada en las antiguas ruedas de Avanos proviene del río Rojo. Ambos lados del río también son un área recreativa popular para los capadocios locales. Ozkonak Underground City

Goreme Panorama
Conocido localmente como Esentepe, Panorama de Goreme es un área entre Goreme y la ciudad de Uchisar con vistas fenomenales del valle de Goreme, el valle Rojo y Rosa y la montaña volcánica Erciyes (Argeus). Hay varias cafeterías y zonas de aparcamiento para detenerse a tomar una fotografía de camino a la ciudad de Uchisar. Uchisar
El Castillo de Uchisar es la chimenea de hadas más grande de Capadocia. Fue utilizado como torre de vigilancia por los soldados romanos y los lugareños lo llamaron un castillo que permanece hoy. El panorama del castillo desde el fondo del valle es hermoso, especialmente por la tarde. Puedes dar un agradable paseo entre las chimeneas de hadas del panorama del Castillo de Uchisar.

Our itinerary took us from Istanbul to Cappadocia, Gaziantep, Mardin, Midyat, Diyarbakır, İzmir, and Ephesus, and every destination brought something special. For our group, the visits to Mardin, Midyat, and the ancient monasteries of Tur Abdin were particularly meaningful and emotional. Erkan did an outstanding job organizing a complicated itinerary for 13 people, including hotels, transportation, domestic flights, guides, special arrangements, and changes along the way. He was always available and made us feel that we were being personally looked after, rather than simply being treated as customers. And then there is Kadir. Having him travel with us and guide us through so much of Turkey made an enormous difference. His knowledge, patience, humor, kindness, and ability to bring history to life made every destination more meaningful. After spending so many days together, Kadir became much more than our guide, he became part of our group and part of the memories we will carry home with us. Our tour guide Kadir was so knowledgeable and was very attentive to our needs. This tour may look a bit pricy when comparing to other tours but this tour includes the entrance fees to all of the places we visited and also a delicious lunch at a local kebab restaurant! After the entire day of sightseeing in a comfortable car with great foods, stories and learning history, this tour was so worth the money. We had such an amazing family vacation in Turkey and Ali Can was the perfect guide for our 12 day adventure. He coordinated a local guide for us in Istanbul, who was an expert in the history, the culture, the food, and the architecture. Ali Can then met us in Cappadocia and personally guided us through carved out cave cities, horseback and ATV rides, amazing ancient historical sites, hot springs and a hot air balloon ride, tasty local cuisine, tailored lodging, and more. We knew this trip was gonna be incredible, but the experience surpassed all of our expectations. Ali Can is a kind, thoughtful, heartfelt, and knowledgeable guide. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.
I booked a 5 day, 4 night tour of Cappadocia for my sister's 85th birthday. Erkan was a great driver, a storehouse of knowledge of the area, and a fantastic, caring guide. When he noticed my sister's mobility issues he immediately made changes to accomodate them, without sacrificing the extent of the trip. He listened to where we wanted to go, the things we were interested in and made plans to suit our wishes. Our hotels were wonderful, he took us places where we could sample the Turkish cuisine. He managed to book me a balloon ride and a seat at the Whirling Dervish ceremony. When e said we loved back rouads, he found back roads through small villages with narrow streets. It was a trip I will always remember for so many reasons.
Ali Can is the best!! He was our guide in Cappadocia and made the trip 10x more worth it! His experience and knowledge of Turkey is evident on each tour. He is very passionate about giving his guests the best experience possible. He was so fun and kind. We got to know him personally and got to eat at his favorite local restaurant which was amazing. He gave us options on what to do so that we could do everything we wanted and more. He even woke up before 4am to give us the experience of a lifetime- seeing the sunrise with the sky filled with hot air balloons! It was the most breathtaking view that we will not ever forget! He was always so genuine and professional. Looking forward to the time when we can go back to visit!
We booked a 1.5 day trip through our hotel with Turkey Tour Organizer and are so happy we did. Turkey Tour Organizer made this one of the best tours we’ve ever done. Everything was setup for us, from cars, planes and guides. There was no concern at any point as Erkan was in touch with us the entire time ensuring that everything went smooth.
