Paolo was an absolutely incredible host. He communicated early on and allowed us to make some minor tweaks that made our trip special. I would highly recommend. Due to the time of year we booked, we got a tour of vineyards that were partially harvested and then got to see the inner workings of the processing plant. At the end you go to try a few coutant champagnes and you have the opportunity to purchase some bottles

He explained the process of making champagne with passion making it easy to understand and fascinating from start to finish. Paulo provided us with a most informative personalised tour with a door to door pickup service that was greatly appreciated.
