Les clients commenceront leur réunion à la Backyard Boil Trailer qui a enveloppé autour des sièges de bar et des revêtements d'ombre. Le Capt B (un habitant de toujours) présentera l'industrie de la crevette et ses effets sur la région tout en enseignant aux invités comment préparer un ceviche de crevettes local. Les invités participeront à un concours d'épluchage de crevettes pour apprendre à éplucher les crevettes efficacement. Une fois le ceviche terminé en entrée, le Lowcountry Boil sera lancé et le Capt B dévoilera la recette et les ingrédients secrets de sa famille. Les invités apprendront le bon timing et quand faire des ajouts de divers éléments. Une fois terminé, les clients pourront profiter de ce repas avec vue sur le coucher du soleil sur la crique la plus célèbre de Charleston.

SHRIMPly spectacular! This was my favorite experience of my recent trip to Charleston. Captain Bryan and Adrienne are well-seasoned (last pun, I PRAWNmis), and know just how to show you and your group a great time. We learned a ton about the local shrimp, enjoyed learning how to remove the shells, and most importantly chowed down on some phenomenal shrimp…shrimp two ways! I couldn’t recommend this experience more.
Truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of our trip! The most delicious shrimp, a genuinely entertaining experience, Captain Brian and Adrienne are expert hosts. Don’t hesitate to book this, there is no world in which you regret it!
Amazing experience! Captain Brian was very accommodating of dietary restrictions (gluten free). Food was delicious, and I learned a lot about the local history.
Amazing experience with Captain Bryan and his first mate (wife) Adrian made us feel part of the family and together we made a great low country shrimp boil along with getting a rich history of Shrimping in South Carolina. Highly recommended!!
My husband and I loved this! Not only was it a cute and wholesome date night activity but we actually learned how to make the dishes ourselves in the process so we can continue enjoying in the future. Thanks for so much fun!
Captain Bryan’s Backyard Shrimp Boil on Shem Creak was a fantastic experience! We were a family of 12; spanning 4 generations with ages from 4 - 78. Everyone raved all week about the excellent food, the interactive eating of local fresh foods while hearing great stories and information about the shrimping industry and the location. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs and engage with everyone in the group. I wish I had more pictures to share; I was enjoying myself so much I didn’t’ pick up my phone!
Our family had an absolutely amazing time with Captain Bryan and his wife for our shrimp boil! We learned many fun facts and history of the Charleston area and the fishing/shrimping industry, plus we got some good local tips on restaurants and how to cook fresh fish. It was a great excursion for our family of all ages, ranging from 4 to 74 years old. The food was delicious and watching the sunset on the harbor was the cherry on top! Would highly recommend for any family or large groups visiting the Charleston area.
Captain Bryan was fantastic! Very knowledge on the area and the history, answered any questions we had and was fun to talk fishing with, too! The ceviche was amazing and the shrimp boil was even better!! Highly recommend Captain Bryan and any of his tours.
