Absolutely exceptional service on both of our transfers with Khao Lak Transfer by Nickie. The drivers were punctual, friendly and professional, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. But what really set them apart was what happened when we realised our child’s bag had been left behind at the airport. Nickie and the team went well above and beyond to track it down and get it back to us. They kept us updated the whole way through and took a genuinely stressful moment off our shoulders. That kind of care isn’t something you can expect from a transfer company, and it made a real difference to our trip. Highly recommended, and we wouldn’t book with anyone else in Khao Lak.

Friendly and efficient service. Walking out of Phuket airport, we were greeted by the person in the location given. Then it was just a case of waiting for our driver to collect us. The vehicle was clean and spacious and water was provided. The very welcome airconditioning was great. The driver was friendly and efficient and we made good time. Overall would recommend this service!

Excellent service from Nickie once again! The drivers very prompt, professional and attentive. We had two transfers, the second one was from Khao Lak to Krabi which took just under 3 hours - the driver stopped so we could have a comfort break and buy a drink. Fantastic service!
