Transfert VIP à l'aéroport

This was my first time using this company. Everything was great, including the pick-up at the airport. The driver arrived on time, even though my flight was delayed and my luggage was lost. The driver offered to help and waited patiently. The car was clean, and I was offered water (although I would have preferred a beer). The trip to the hotel was uneventful, and I arrived comfortably. Therefore, I decided to return with the same company. The service was top-notch, with a focus on comfort, cleanliness, and music. Thank you for your services, and I look forward to our future meetings!

Would not recommend this company as they didn’t show up at the airport to collect us after 6hours travelling and we then had to wait for a hour to get another taxi costing us a extra £55

We booked and paid for our transfer well in advance and despite the driver being late picking us up from the airport on arrival we were assured that this was a one off and had been happy with the vehicle and water provided etc. It was therefore very disappointing that our pickup for our return journey, booked for 8.30am giving us the required check in time at the airport as my husband has assisted travel requirements. We were ready and waiting at the hotel at 8.15 as advised, but no one arrived to pick us up. I gave an extra five minutes and rang and after giving the pick up details was told 15 minutes maximum, it sounded as they had forgotten completely. No one arrived so I rand again, and was told they were on their way. By this time we had missed the opportunity of using the Jet2 mini bus, so we were getting very worried as we are required to arrive early due to the assisted travel. I rang again and was told a few minutes. We finally got on the minibus at 8.55, leaving at 9am, 30 minutes late. The diver took the coastal route and not the motorway and we arrived at the airport 40 minutes later than expected. No water was provided and as the driver had closed the screen behind him we were unable to request it. The vehicle was comfortable, cool and clean but the late pickup made our morning very stressful.. no explanation was offered for the late pickup and no apology. For this to happen twice makes me feel this company is very unreliable and I would not recommend using them
