We had a really lovely experience on the Manavgat River Cruise, Waterfalls and Bazaar Tour from Antalya. The tour was well organised, and despite there being many other groups on the boat cruise, everything ran smoothly. Our tour guide, Eftar, was friendly, knowledgeable and very good at what he does. The pick-up timing was spot on, which made the day feel stress-free from the beginning. What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service after the tour. When we returned to our hotel, I realised that I had accidentally left my wallet on the coach. I contacted Eftar, and he was incredibly helpful in arranging for my wallet to be returned to me at airport the next day. I was so relieved and genuinely grateful for his help. Overall, it was a really enjoyable family experience, well organised and professionally delivered. The river cruise, waterfall view and bazaar were all lovely, though the timing for the open bazaar was short (1hr) for a shoperholic 😆and having such a helpful and reliable tour guide made the experience even better. A special thank you to Eftar for going above and beyond to help with my lost wallet. I would definitely recommend this tour and would be happy to use the service again!
From the hotel pickup to the drop off, everything was seamless. The boat ride along the Manavgat River was stunning, and swimming at the river-sea meeting point was unforgettable. The waterfall and bazaar stops were beautiful and fun to explore. Friendly, professional staff made the day even better.
