An amazing experience to do even solo as they will take fantastic pictures for you. I highly recommend doing this if you are in Sendai area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely do it again if I come back to Sendai!
The armour was put on me (not including leg armour) and I walked around the area. I also had a sword. It was a fun experience that wasn’t too costly and other visitors in the area enjoyed seeing me walk around in the armour.
Great Tour around the Castle waering a Samurai Armor. The Guide Sasaki was very helpful and great. Can really reccomend.
Amazing experience! Located in a great location and really easy to get too. English/ Japanese language friendly. Photos came out amazing! Definitely worth the price, a must do if you are in the area and have never worn samurai armour before.
Very nice, was a very awesome experience. Wore the full armor 15kg armor (no legs) and took tons of fotos. There is an option to use the sword and throw shurikans too.
Funny and different experience for my kid! He enjoyed a lot walking around Aoba Castle wearing a samurai costume! And carrying a katana 👌
It’s amazing how much of Sendai history is beloved here! The armor try-on was a highlight, he was so friendly! The actors at the statue were so kind and informative. The whole castle site is well-worth your time.
