Ulasan wisatawan
Driver was at the hotel waiting for us even though we were there 5 minutes earlier than pick up time. Highly recommend this service.
We wanted to move out pickup time up and the driver did it with no problem. Was even early for the pickup.
Driver was very friendly and drove well. Will book this same experience again the next time I am in Barcelona.
On time and reliable for your transfer! Helped with our luggage and called in advance to notify upon arrival.
This was our first time using this service and we’re very pleased. It was easy and took away the stress of having to find transfers from place to place.
The ride was comfortable and smooth. Our driver was very polite and got there safely. Thank you for that.
Driver was early. Excellent vehicle. Totally professional! Barcelona is different as "taxis" r used by multiple booking services. Booking thru Viator gave flat rate to airport. FWIW. Tried Uber from cruise terminal to hotel. Request times out 4 times as we stood in line. Hailing the taxi cost €12 LESS than the Uber quoted rate...
Very prompt, courteous and professional! We asked for a later pickup because our flight was delayed. They were very accommodating. Makes it less stressful when you can find reliable transportation through Viator
