This was a very interesting semi-private tour that became a private tour as there were no other guests who showed up. Richard was very knowledgeable and friendly guide with lots of depth in art history.
A very enjoyable journey through the history of art at the national gallery with Richard. Because it was a private tour I received his undivided attention and he was so very knowledgeable .
Richard is an excellent and informative guide with a very good knowledge of art and art history. He took me on a journey from the religious art of the Middle Ages, through the development of portraiture and landscape painting to Impressionism, explaining things well and pointing out little details that I would have missed.
