Panoramica
During my experiences, I was often asked to share the recipes of the dishes I prepared. That’s how the idea was born to include them in my first novel, where family stories, historical anecdotes, and flavors come together in a series of narratives. If you like, you can simply ask me for the link to purchase it and I’ll send it to you. When we meet, I’ll be happy to write a personal dedication, or, if you prefer, I can bring a copy myself, just like I can bring, upon request, a bottle of wine paired with your menu. A souvenir that I hope will stay in your heart, just like the experience we’ll share.

Dallo shopping alla preparazione fino alla pulizia successiva, mi occuperò io di tutto e mi assicurerò che questa sia una delle esperienze gastronomiche più memorabili durante le tue vacanze romane. Assapora un tradizionale pasto romano di 4 portate preparato dal tuo chef personale. Inizia la festa con un antipasto, seguito da un classico primo piatto di pasta e poi dalla tradizionale carne romana. Concludi la serata con una nota dolce con un tradizionale piacere di folla, il tiramisù. * L'intero pasto può essere accompagnato da un'ottima bottiglia di vino italiano su richiesta. (spese a parte) * Sono felice di ospitare vegetariani e vegani :) Il prezzo di questa esperienza è per la carne. Se volete menù di pesce o personalizzati fatemelo sapere in anticipo

Carlo was INCREDIBLE. This was the final night of our trip, and we wanted to be able to experience time together in our AirBnb. I stumbled across this experience, and I am SO glad I did!!! It was the perfect ending to our trip. Carlo made us an amazing 4-course meal that was filling and delicious. He was also so kind and attentive. This was a treat, and well worth the value. I highly recommend. Our favorite thing we did in Rome!
The dinner Carlo made for us was one of our favorite meals in Rome! We thoroughly enjoyed all four courses and he even modified the tiramisu for my daughter (used milk versus espresso) without us asking, very thoughtful and considerate. We had a limited kitchen at our Airbnb and Carlo made the best of it. Highly recommend!
Carlo was an incredible chef! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! He took care of everything. He came to our AirBnB with everything he needed and made a meal for 7 of us. It was a 4 course authentic Italian meal. It was one of the best meals we had in Italy during the 10 days we were here. We highly recommend Carlo and this experience. He speaks limited English, but a translate app allowed us to converse with him and have a truly memorable night.
