Our guide (Gleann) gave us an excellent account of the stories and background around the murals. Despite the gravity of the topic he delivered it in a compelling way that helped us understand the history better.
Guide, Angela, was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain the history from the beginning and made it interesting with her own personal stories. Time went really quickly and I felt that I had a much better understanding of and empathy with the people from the Bogside than I had before.
We had a fantastic tour with Angela, who is a local and had such amazing knowledge and insight into the area. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming and made the tour really interesting and enjoyable. We learned so much and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. Thanks so much, Angela!

One of the best tours I’ve ever been on. Informative and contextual. Mr. Doherty was a delight, and it was great to hear the history from a local who has a personal connection to Bloody Sunday. If you’re visiting Derry and interested in local and Irish history I highly recommend this tour. Would give it 6 stars if I could.
The walking portion of the tour is relatively short in comparison to other walking tours, about half a mile in total. The tour guide Glenn is very informative. He has a passion for this information. The murals are close together and Glenn does a great job of explaining the significance of each one.
