Fantastic experience with the teachers. We learnt how to prepare wagyu sushi in a fun way. The class was amazing. They taught us different recipes, including the Shari and how to cook the meat.
It is really such an amazing experience, the service and the way we were treated was exceptional. I would recommend this experience to anyone, it is a fun an enjoyable way to learn about how to prepare such a delicious Japanese dish. And the materials to make the food was tip quality!!
