概要
Hierapolis being one of the most fascinating ancient sites welcomes you to discover hidden history dated back to the Hellenistic and Roman periods. Recently restored ancient theater promises you the architectural talent of the period. Secondly, you are going to visit one of the Pamukkale namely (the cotton castle) is like stepping in clouds with its spectacular formations of travertine. While visiting the area, you will have an optional extraordinary experience with swimming in a hot spring pool full of ancient artifacts where beautiful Queen Cleopatra once had taken a bath. Afterward, you will visit the ancient city of Laodicea; the city was founded in the 3rd century BC. King Seleucid Antiochus II was honored by his wife Laodicea and was linked to Rome in 130 BC. As one of the centers of Christianity, at the metropolitan level of the Byzantine Empire, Laodicea is one of the seven churches' sacred places mentioned in the Bible.
