この寿司教室では3種類の寿司を作ります。 1. サラダロール 巻き寿司の一種。 カニ風味のかまぼこ、レタス、キュウリ、アボカド、ツナをマヨネーズで和えたもの、卵焼きの芯が入った海苔巻き。 2. 握り 酢飯の上に具をのせた、日本を代表する料理の一つ。 一口大の酢飯の上に、魚や貝、卵焼きなどの寿司ネタをのせた寿司。 3. 押し寿司 - 押し寿司 押し寿司（おしずし）は、関西の伝統的な寿司。 四角い木枠に寿司飯とトッピングを詰めたら、手で飯を押して具に米がくっつくようにする。 大阪では「箱寿司」とも呼ばれ、今でも多くの人に親しまれています。 出来上がりは正方形になるので、食べる直前に切り分ける。 ※ベジタリアンオプション（卵付き/卵なし）あり。 予約時にリクエストしてください。 *グルテンフリーオプションをご用意しております。 予約時にリクエストしてください。

Class was wonderful. Small group. The teachers spoke slowly, never rushed anyone. The finished product was delicious. Learned and ate lunch. Great value. Lovely, lovely people.
I had an amazing experience with this sushi class. The instructor was very knowledgeable and shared information about the history of sushi and different fun facts. I highly recommend this class, very beginner-friendly! Also very doable as a solo class:)
The instructors were knowledgeable and thorough with the teaching. We had our daughter and she was able to sit with us during the class and participate. We had a great time!
