Enjoy a relaxing drive trough the Amalfi Coast making photo stops along the way. Discover Positano the "Jewel of the Amalfi Coast" Explore Amalfi,the main town of the Coast and the birthplace of Limoncello. Be enchanted by the stunning views from the hilltop of Ravello. The itinerary can be certainly customised according to your needs,but please note that some areas may not be accessible with a stroller /wheelchair or for people with limited walking abilities. Archaeological Park of Pompeii
The day will start with a drive by the Sorrento Coast. After about a 45 minute drive, we'll arrive at the ruins of Pompeii, the first stop on this breathtaking day tour where you will have the opportunity to see one of the most important archeological sites in the world! Pompeii was part of an ancient Roman city destroyed and buried by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in 79 A.D. Either licensed guides can be arranged ahead of time (additional cost) or you can visit the site on your own. However you choose to explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will be in awe as you see the remnants of this 1st century city which offer some insight into the Roman life that came to a premature stop there on 24 August AD 79. After this amazing historical experience you can choose to continue our tour to Herculaneum or visit a local family Winery located at the foot of Mt.Vesuvius

Every once in a while life collides you with a true and genuine soul. Like an Amalfi sunrise, stepping off the plane in Naples and meeting Vinny felt like a warm embrace for our entire family. Vinny stayed with us as a driver the entire week in Amalfi. He was kind, funny, informative and always on time. Vinny felt like a part of the family. Like olive oil with bread or wine with fresh pasta, Vinny was the prefect accompaniment to the perfect trip to Amalfi. The Dulce Vita, it truly is with Vinny behind the wheel.
My family and I visited Europe in August. Vincenzo was our driver, we thought he was going to simply bring us to and from our destination. He was more of a tour guide and hands down the best one we had! Right from the start he greeted us warmly and with enthusiasm. He engaged us in conversation. My three teenage children were with us and they were all talking with him. Vincenzo connected with our family right away. He brought us to Pompeii where we met our personal tour guide, Gianluca. He was outstanding! Vincenzo met us after our tour and the next stop was going to be the top of mount Vesuvius. It was over 100 degrees that day. Vincenzo offered us some other options because the 800 foot climb to the top may be difficult in the heat. We were so grateful that he was coming considering our comfort and health. He drove us to the highest point that can be reached by cars. He stopped along the way and took some beautiful pictures of our family. He then took us to a winery at the foothills of mount Vesuvius. This ended us being the best part of our vacation. We tourney the vineyard while sample probably the best wine I’ve ever had. We were served the most delicious Italian cuisine and wine. We had a view on one side and the sea on the other side. We are so grateful for Vincenzo’s hospitality. He was truly the best and we will remember this experience for ever. I highly recommend!!!!
Vinny was a fantastic driver and enjoys Country music!
We had a great experience with Vinny as our private driver from Ravello to Sorrento. He stopped with us in Amalfi and Positano along the way, which made the drive much more enjoyable and gave us a chance to see more of the coast. Vinny was very friendly, courteous, and especially thoughtful about the members of our group who get motion sick on the winding roads. He was also very knowledgeable about the history of the Amalfi Coast and was happy to answer any questions we had during the drive. Overall, we really enjoyed our time with him and would definitely recommend Vinny to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating driver in the area.
We booked a Van service from Rome to Sorrento. Vinny our driver showed up on time with a shiny Mercedes Van. The van was very clean and spacious. Vinny was a professional tour guide with lots of information about the area. I highly recommend this car service with Vinny. Make sure to book with Vinny as your driver/tour guide. Excellent Service. Five Star all the way!
