Step onto our land for a Farm-to-Table cooking class designed to reconnect you with the rhythms of nature and the simplicity of honest food. This is more than a lesson in recipes; it is an invitation to experience our "slow living" philosophy. Our journey begins in the soil, where you will learn about the regenerative farming practices we use to keep our ecosystem healthy before harvesting the seasonal, organic ingredients for our meal. Preparation takes place in our open-air kitchen, where the pillars of Greek gastronomy—freshness, seasonality, and simplicity—guide everything we do. Rather than complex techniques, we emphasize the direct connection between the land and the plate. You will experience the gentle pace of cooking in a traditional wood-burning oven and see how our award-winning, oil elevates garden-fresh produce into a nourishing Mediterranean feast. After the cooking is done, we gather to share the meal we have created, bringing everyone together like a family on the "Farmer’s Table". You will leave the farm with more than just new skills; you will carry home a piece of the Greek soul and a deeper understanding of how to live and eat in harmony with nature.

We both had a wonderful learning experience. George was a great host and mentor who patiently taught us how to bake wonderful bread and a wholesome, fresh and organic meal which was a gastronomic delight. The experience is a must for anyone who can appreciate the hard work and love that the guys offer at the micro farm for everyone’s benefit. Love from Scotland Phil and Sheila x
Andres and George were great!! We had a fun time touring the farm and preparing a traditional Greek meal for ourselves. It an experience you must do when in Lefkada. Their olive oil is incredible too!!
The food was very delicious, George and Andreas were very welcoming and knowledgeable about organic farming and collaborating with other organic farmers throughout Greece. We picked ripe tomatoes for the Greek salad, peppers and herbs and for the Briam. Everything tasted super fresh and authentic. Would definitely recommend this experience.

An absolute highlight of our holiday. Andreus and George were the most wonderful and knowledgeable hosts. The farm is a fantastic model of sustainable farming and production and we were so pleased to visit. We had a lovely lunch of tasty food. The super cute cats were simply a bonus. My daughter and I did the traditional cooking course in July 2026 with George (Andreas joined us later). We had a very interesting tour of the micro farm and discussion about olive farming, while collecting vegetables and herbs for our dinner. There are also several cats and kittens on the farm which provided a great deal of entertainment for my daughter - particularly the ones that eat tomatoes! :) The process of making all the food was really well explained and dinner was delicious. We both appreciated the non-rushed atmosphere. Thank you also to Andreas who patiently waited with us when our taxi forgot to come! We had a great time. :)
We had a wonderfully relaxing and interesting class and tour of the farm and it was so wonderful to meet folk who appreciate nature and traditional farming methods. Both of the hosts were very interesting and all thoroughly enjoyed baking our own bread and making a delighted meal. We were treated to an olive oil tasting and can honestly say we have never had such delicious olive oil. Highly recommend for those looking for a authentic Greek Experience off the beaten track and surrounded by nature.
Such an inspiring experience, told with passion and makes you consider your food choices! The price is high but I am happy to support this initiative. Small group and an amazing time, not commercial at all!
