Hari 1: Arrival, Aswan High Dam & Philae Temple
Spend a night on Nile Cruise - Temple of Philae Your epic adventure begins as our friendly team greets you at Aswan Airport, the train station, or your hotel. Visit the massive Aswan High Dam, a monumental feat of modern engineering, then stand in awe before the majestic Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and rescued from the rising Nile waters. See the Unfinished Obelisk, a fascinating snapshot of ancient stone-cutting techniques. Step aboard your luxurious floating hotel, check in, and savor a delicious welcome lunch. In the late afternoon, embrace the timeless Nile on an optional felucca sail and Nubian village visit, soaking in the golden sunset over Aswan, followed by a gourmet dinner on board.
Hari 2: Abu Simbel Excursion, Sailing & Kom Ombo Temple
Spend a night on Nile Cruise - Abu Simbel Temple Rise before dawn for an included excursion to the colossal Abu Simbel temples, dedicated to Ramses II and Queen Nefertari and one of Egypt's most treasured UNESCO World Heritage Sites, returning to Aswan by early afternoon. Meanwhile the ship sets sail north toward Kom Ombo, so relax and soak up the sun on the sundeck, watching life along the Nile banks unfold. In the late afternoon, dock at the riverside Temple of Kom Ombo, uniquely dedicated to both the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Haroeris. Cast off again and continue sailing toward Edfu, enjoying a sumptuous dinner on board as the ship glides through the Nile Valley.
Hari 3: Edfu Temple by Horse-Carriage & Sailing to Luxor
Spend a night on Nile Cruise - Edfu Temple After an early tea and coffee service, disembark at Edfu and travel by a traditional horse-drawn carriage to the remarkably preserved Temple of Edfu, sanctuary of the falcon god Horus. Return to the ship for breakfast, then set sail for the final leg of the journey to legendary Luxor. Lunch is served during the fascinating Esna Lock crossing, a true engineering marvel as the ship is gently lowered to continue its journey. Arrive in Luxor by early evening with time to explore the vibrant local market (souq), then witness the spectacular Luxor Temple beautifully illuminated against the night sky before returning on board for a gourmet farewell dinner.
