Making sushi seemed difficult, but through the experience, I got used to it little by little, and by the end I was able to make it with confidence. The joy of just eating sushi becoming my own work was exceptional, and it was a valuable experience to feel Japan from a different angle than sightseeing.
Joined with friends and laughed loudly while comparing the results to each other. Even if it was a bit uneven, it was fun to see each of them have their own personality. At the end of the trip, I was able to share my own sushi and say, "This is the most enjoyable experience I've ever had in my life."
