Blau Laguna Boat Trip from Side

Awful trip!! This was booked for my family and we were expecting a relaxing day as we cruised passed some sights to see along with a nice stop at the beach. However, the day could not have been further from this. The music was so loud our eardrums were ringing the rest of the evening! The entertainment team spent all day talking into the microphone upselling. The stop at the beach was 30 minutes We did not see any waterfall or temple of apollo. We were not allowed any of our own water on board leading to us having to purchase it on board. Access to water is a basic human right and if you did not have money you would end up incredible unwell with no water and such heat! We stopped in the middle of the ocean and there was the loudest and most unnecessary foam party where the volume of the music was so loud the speakers were crackling!! The boat was filthy and so uncomfortable. And the coach was not sufficiently air conned. I was contacted by the company to ask for a review. I responded honestly and have not had a reply. Says a lot really that they cannot even respond to unhappy customers. If we had know it was a party boat we would have avoided, not because we don't like a party but because it was not what we wanted for that day as a family. 10 minutes in the children were asking how do we get home! Awful awful trip!

Firstly we were very disappointed by the fact that our initial trip was cancelled. But as your team offered no refund we accepted your offer of a replacement trip. Before boarding the boat we were extremely disappointed to be made to read a sign saying that we had to hand over our water bottles. We found this shocking. On boarding I was charged 3 euros for a small cup of coffee. And 1 euro for a bottle of water. Which if it wasn’t confiscated I wouldn’t have had to pay at all. There was a constant barrage of ideas throughout the trip by the team to take our money. Eg. a photograph with a parrot. Drinks. Ice creams. And a tip box. We were made to wait moored for an hour and a half for lunch. For which the only choice was chicken, rice and salad. I am a vegetarian. There was a 20 minute foam party. We were told the sea was too rough and we’re unable to swim. We saw nothing much apart from the river and fishermen. We moored twice at the same spot and after a customer complained we very slowly sailed back to our pick up point. 6.5 hours for a boat ride that could have taken 2 hours. Found the whole experience abysmal and disappointing and will not be using your service again. A waste of a day of our holiday and should have been cancelled and refunded. I’m sorry this message is negative but there was no positives to report

Absolutely brilliant team of entertainers! They kept the children entertained throughout the trip. We loved the trip down the river on route to the sea, remember to take some cash for the lovely Turkish pancakes. The first stop gives you a chance to have 10 mins on the jet skis which is brilliant! The trinity to the sea is a nice long chance to bathe, there is a stop to jump in to the beautiful med sea, there are a few jellies at the moment but it didn’t stop anyone getting in, you will regret if you don’t. Then to finish off we had a foam dance party AMAZING!! Thank you Tourmania we had the best time.
