If you want to embrace the traditions through culture and learn something new about yourself, Bonsai Making is a perfect activity for you. Interactive Lecture First, you'll be able to meet a friendly local guide and participate into an interactive lecture to learn about the history and philosophy of bonsai. Then, choose the style that fits you! Sensory Discovery Pick your pot, branches, leaves, and decorative materials such as stones, moss, etc. Some larger or more unique bonsai shapes may require an additional charge. There is a wide variety of materials waiting for you, take your time to explore each of them. Creativity Time Using traditional instruments, make your unique bonsai with an assistance of a friendly BAC crew who'll be happy to chat. Find the joy in trying new options and experimenting. All materials used are real natural materials that have been carefully dried and preserved. Please, check this document. We'll assist with all neccessary procedures

What a wonderful experience! This bonsai-making class was one of the highlights of our time in Osaka. Lisa, our guide, was incredibly warm, patient, enthusiastic, and she made the whole experience both fun and enjoyable. It was such a peaceful, hands-on, and memorable experience. As a bonus we also left with beautiful bonsai trees that we can bring home. Thank you, Lisa, for such a fun experience! We would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Osaka.
Lovely experience! Super kind people and also super child friendly! For us a little bit hard to find the Building but they are very helpful and came outside :) (knife and bonsai)

Bonsai making is such a unique experience in Osaka! It’s more important to me to spend time having cultural experiences where I feel connected to different art forms in Japan and bonsai was so relaxing and therapeutic. The guides at BUB Activity center are so helpful.
