Because of my long experience of guiding snorkelers and strong passion for the sea, you will definitely have an exciting underwater experience and a comfortable and safe feeling at the same time! Before going in the water I will explain about snorkeling, like mask clear method, snorkel clear and all other necessary things. At the reefs around the blue cave I will show you turtles, colorful fish, coral, sometimes rays, small creatures like nudy brunch and more! During snorkeling I can take photos of you in crystal clear blue water and will send them to you afterwards. After the snorkeling you can enjoy Ishigaki's seasonal fruit, like island banana or pineapple or maybe even mango. We always take local fruits what is on the market on that day. Other things to note ・If the weather makes snorkeling at the blue cave unsafe, the tour will take place on another place where turtles and fish can be seen as well. ・The chance to see a turtle on the tour is super high but no guarantee. ・The tour is a beach entry where you can enjoy snorkeling most comfortably. We don't use a boat. ・Transport is included if you stay in Ishigaki city area or between Ishigaki city and Kabira.

I pick you up from your Hotel and drive to the snorkeling point. All my tours are done by van, as this is the most comfortable way to reach the best spot. I will choose the spot depending on the weather(wind and wave) condition on that tour day for the safety reason. After the tour I bring you back to your Hotel. Transport is included if you stay in Ishigaki city area or between Ishigaki city and Kabira.

My sister and I did this tour with Andy and had a wonderful time. Pre tour communication was good. He ensured everyone had all the gear we needed. On the day everything went smoothly. Under legislation you need to wear a life jacket, my sister and I are confudent swimmers, but for anyone not confident I'm sure it really helps, for us it meant even being out snorkelling for ages we weren't tired. If you haven't snorkelled before, don't worry, we had a guy on our trip that hadn't and wasn't confident in the water and Andy had him hold is inflatable tube and he did all the swimming so the gentleman coukd just enjoy seeing all the wildlife and coral. Andy's pointed out turtles, sea snakes and other cool wildlife. His passion and respect for the natural environment, his office, is clear, which sadly not all tour operatirs on Ishigaki have in our experience. Andy was super helpful with other tips for our stay on Ishigaki which was appreciated. Highly recommend doing this tour on Ishigaki! Thanks for a great time Andy!
We joined the half-day snorkeling tour with Blue Cave, and it was an amazing experience. Andy is an incredibly kind and friendly person who knows the local nature extremely well and teaches a deep respect for it. First, we explored the Blue Cave and saw animals typical for this environment, and then we spent about 1.5 hours snorkeling over a breathtaking reef. We saw many beautiful fish — and even a turtle! Andy really made sure that everyone felt comfortable and got as much fun and enjoyment out of the trip as possible. We highly recommend it!
Great experience with Andy! He tried to show us the most impressive animals and we had the greatest success with turtles, cuttlefish and even a shark. What I liked most is respect for the animals. He also cared so much for us and we enjoyed the small group size and all the information he gave us about the island and its animals. A wonderful snorkeling trip! I highly recommend it!

We had an incredible time with our guide Andy! He knew a lot of the area and always had something interesting to tell us. He was very caring about the environment as well which was a huge plus. We managed to swim arm-close to turtles which was breathtaking. Definitely recommend, must-do when you visit Ishigaki.
Had the best ever snorkelling experience today !! Andy, the instructor was super knowledgeable about the amazing marine life and blue cave. We felt very safe the whole time even though we were beginners. Luckily, we were able to see loads of sea turtles, bright coral, tropical fish and even some sea snakes!! A truly unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Andy’s tour to people of all levels of snorkelling abilities! Wow

It was our first time doing snorkeling. Everything went well, from the organisation to the swim itself. Andy has been super professional, very kind, helpful and funny. The place we saw were amazing and Andy help made the experience special. The photos have been published the same evening and we've been treated as long time friends. I don't think we could have asked anything more.
