At a traditional tea shop’s café set inside a classic Japanese house overlooking a beautiful Japanese garden. We begin with a brief introduction to the architecture and garden aesthetics, then the tea staff prepares your selection (Matcha, Matcha latte, green tea) at the ideal temperature and infusion. You’ll taste how aroma, umami, and gentle bitterness, paired with a small house-made sweet. We keep the atmosphere unhurried and quiet; photos are welcome with consideration for other guests. - Optional tea ceremony (advance arrangement): With at least three weeks’ notice, we can reserve a private tearoom and invite a tea instructor for a guided tea experience, covering the meaning of the utensils and the essentials of etiquette before sharing a bowl of matcha together.
