Asra was a spectacular guide and drive. He was incredibly knowledgeable providing information and history of our surroundings. We never felt lost in the hustle of the city. He provided us private time when needed while being remaining vigilant as our guide. He spoke English well and was able to pick up on any mistranslations with context clues within seconds. He gave us encouragement during our visit to the Bali swing so we didn't get cold feet. And when we added an excursion to a waterfall, he was right on top of it, even taking the exhausting trek (lol) to the falls with us. Our tour guide, Ayu, was fantastic! She was both professional and friendly, making everyone feel comfortable.
