Our tour with Josh was incredible, he was not only extremely knowledgeable about Denver’s history but had so many fun, entertaining and spooky stories to keep the tour interesting and engaging. It was a great way to see the LoDo district while visiting the city. Highly recommend.

Josh was a fantastic guide. He kept things fun and interesting the whole time. When a group of 8 abruptly departed midway, taking maybe 70% of Josh's tipping potential with them, he still stayed highly engaged and professional with the 3 of us who remained. Very informative, with many humorous anecdotes. We had a fantastic time exploring the history of Denver and some of its seedier elements. Not just a ghost tour, but a true insight into Denver then and now. It was a wonderful way to spend an evening and well worth the cost.
Josh was a fantastic guide! Extremely knowledgeable and a great storyteller. He and I chatted about historical context throughout the tour and his background knowledge for all the stories is first-rate. It’s a long tour with lots of stories - perfect for ghost walk enthusiasts.
