Översikt
Along the way, we'll show you some of Cairo's most spectacular landmarks and tell you their fascinating stories. We'll pass by the historic Al-Muizz Street, famous for having the greatest concentration of medieval Islamic architecture in the Islamic world, and the great Khan el-Khalili bazaar, the largest market in Africa.
Midway through the walk, we'll step inside the historic Café El Fishawi, a venue with over 200 years of history, known as the café of mirrors. Here, we'll sit down for a tea or coffee, whichever you prefer.
The tour concludes with dinner at a traditional restaurant, where you'll sample Egyptian cuisine koshary.
After dinner, we'll take you back to your hotel after a total of 3.5 hours out.

Här kopplar du av som en lokalbo medan du njuter av traditionellt egyptiskt te och, om du vill, shisha (hookah) i en miljö som har välkomnat resenärer, författare och även spioner genom historien.

My experience in Egypt was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to my wonderful tour guide, Hana. Hana was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She brought Ancient Egypt to life as she guided me through the incredible Great Pyramid of Khufu, the Pyramid of Khafre, and the Pyramid of Menkaure. Standing in front of these ancient wonders was utterly mesmerising, but having Hana there to explain their history, significance, and the fascinating stories behind them made the experience even more extraordinary. She also took me to the Grand Egyptian Museum, where her knowledge and passion for Ancient Egyptian history really stood out. She didn’t simply show me the sights — she educated me, answered all my questions, and helped me appreciate the incredible civilisation behind everything I was seeing. Her enthusiasm and storytelling made history feel alive. And Hana went above and beyond by giving me a taste of local Egyptian culture too. She took me to an amazing local restaurant to try the infamous koshary — an absolute must-try! It was delicious and such a great way to experience Egypt beyond the usual tourist attractions. Hana is knowledgeable, friendly, passionate, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about giving her guests an incredible experience. She made me feel welcome, comfortable, and completely immersed in the history and culture of Egypt. If you’re visiting Egypt and looking for a guide who will give you much more than a sightseeing tour, I couldn’t recommend Hana highly enough. Cairo at night is something special. I loved walking around, trying local food, having Egyptian tea and enjoying the lively atmosphere. Seeing the Nile at night was beautiful too. Cairo feels completely different after sunset, and it was definitely one of my favorite parts of the trip. 🇪🇬❤️
We had the best time. Saif was real friendly. He made the whole experience great, not only for me, but for our whole family. For sure that we will go back next year if Saif will still be our guide
