Spend an evening in a real Italian home with Enza and her family in the countryside in Corigliano d'Otranto near Lecce.

We begin with a traditional Italian aperitif, sharing homemade appetizers and prosecco while everyone gets to know each other.

Then each guest prepares their own fresh pasta by hand using local ingredients and family recipes.

Once the pasta is ready, we cook everything and sit around the table together to enjoy dinner with local wine, music and conversation.

In a welcoming Salento family home near Lecce, you’ll experience an authentic Apulian cooking class and a relaxing dinner full of southern Italian charm. Located in Corigliano d’Otranto, just 15 minutes from Lecce, this hands-on pasta making class takes place in a cozy countryside Villa surrounded by olive trees. You’ll start with a small aperitif by the pool or near the fireplace, depending on the season. Then, guided by Enza and her family, you’ll learn to make traditional orecchiette and maccheroncini from scratch, using time-honored recipes passed down through generations. Dinner follows with local wine and typical dishes from Puglia, served in a warm, family atmosphere, on the veranda in summer or by the fire in winter. Vegan, vegetarian, and lactose-free options are available. Families and children are welcome. The experience ends with our homemade limoncello and the feeling of being part of a true Italian family. Amazing cooking class in Salento

By far the best cooking class in all of Salento, all of Puglia and probably all of Italy. Enza and Antonio welcome you into their home for the most beautiful, traditional, southern Italian experience you can imagine. The food is outstanding and the company, even better. A must do on your bucket list when visiting Puglia. You will feel the love when you book with Cooking Love.

AMAZING experience! Enza and family are so welcoming, gracious, and lots of fun. Beautiful outdoor setting at their home. Way more fun than I even hoped it would be!

Great people, great food and a fun evening.

Enza and Antonio welcomed us into their beautiful home and were wonderful hosts. We were greeted warmly and offered prosecco and antipasto of local meats and cheeses with vegetables and olives from their garden. It was a terrific spread. The pasta making was fun and Enza was a kind and encouraging instructor. Our pasta meal was delicious and was accompanied by local wines. Enza also made a pie from an old family recipe, which was also delicious. After the meal Antonio even broke out his guitar. We enjoyed meeting other people from around the globe. Our group included 6 couples and a fun time was had by all. At the end of the meal we were presented with a souvenir video of our experience and the pasta recipes. A memorable experience and that I highly recommend!

Amazing experience

Definitely book this experience. Everything about it was great - good tips on how to cook pasta but more than that it was such a friendly , warm, authentic experience. Good music good wine plenty to eat! A highlight of our trip. Amazing hosts. Don’t wait it will fill up!!

Wonderful Cooking Class with a very welcoming family

This family was absolutely wonderful and prepared a delicious meal and taught us how to make pasta! Enza came around and individually, helped all of us with pasta making.They are very welcoming, and we enjoyed meeting the other participates from all over! I would not hesitate to book with them

Best experience ever!

This was the highlight flight of our trip. Do not hesitate to book you may not get a spot. It was like going to a friends house for dinner. It was just the right amount of time learning to make pasta cooking talking laughing great playlist too! We loved it and are so happy they decided to start these classes and experiences for travellers around the world. Thank you we will be back!

We felt like one of the family!

This was a truly extraordinary experience! Enza and Antonio welcomed us into their home with food, drink, and fun. We enjoyed making the pasta and eating it, of course. A highlight of our Puglia trip.
