   Batu Caves

   At Batu Caves, travelers will visit one of Malaysia’s most iconic cultural and religious landmarks. Upon arrival, they’ll be greeted by the impressive 42.7-meter golden statue of Lord Murugan, the tallest of its kind in the world. Guests can take their time climbing the 272 colorful steps that lead up to the Temple Cave, enjoying panoramic views and lively surroundings along the way. Inside the main cave, travelers will explore a huge limestone cavern filled with Hindu shrines, vibrant artwork, and centuries-old formations. Your guide/driver will share insights into the site’s history, religious significance, and local traditions. Travelers can also wander around the base area to see additional temples, admire the architecture, and observe the friendly macaque monkeys that live near the caves.

   Travelers will board the Awana SkyWay cable car for a smooth and scenic ride up toward the upper hills of Genting Highlands. The gondola ride offers stunning views of the surrounding rainforest, mountains, and the pictures Chin Swee Temple below. Guests will have time to enjoy the experience at the top, take photos, and soak in the fresh air before returning down by cable car to the same station.
