Overview
You will be picked up from your accommodation in Cappadocia at approximately 05:00 for the transfer to the launch site. Warm up from the early morning chill with complimentary coffee and tea. While you enjoy breakfast, watch the balloons as they are prepared and inflated.
Then, as the sun begins to rise, float to an altitude of about 1,000 feet (300 meters) for extraordinary 360-degree views of Cappadocia. The wind will transport you across the valleys and mountains for about 45 min. to 1-hour, depending on the weather. Marvel at the unique rocks and caves of the region from a bird’s eye perspective.
Toast your landing with a glass of sparkling Champagne, and get your personal flight certificate before the transfer back to your hotel at about 08:00 and the start of the rest of your day

Goreme
A town literally carved into the volcanic rock, Goreme is the gateway to the Goreme National Park, a vast UNESCO World Heritage Site that houses spectacular 10th- and 11th-century cave churches. The park itself is known for its chimney rock formations and is very popular with backpackers. It’s also a great area to sample Turkish cuisine and wine.

Lying in south central Turkey, the moonscaped region of Cappadocia, southeast of Ankara, is most famous for unique geological features called fairy chimneys. The large, cone-like formations were created over time by erosion of the relatively soft volcanic ash around them. Past cultures have dug into them to create dwellings, castles (like Uchisar) and even entire underground cities like Kaymakli and Derinkuyu, used as hiding places by early Christians. Nearby Kayseri is the gateway to the area.

Love Valley
Love Valley is one of the most fantastic valleys of Cappadocia. Located between Avanos and Goreme road, the valley is named after the interesting fairy chimney formations , and being popular with the couples for marriage proposals. The soil of the region is very rich in minerals, which makes it an ideal place for growing fruits and vegetables.The fairy chimneys in the valley are among the must-see spots. Love Valley is also situated on the popular routes of hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia.

Urgup
The Cappadocia region's most upscale and contemporary tourist city, Urgup has a number of lovely hotels, many built in and around centuries-old cave dwellings. The city and its surrounding area are known for their mysterious fairy chimneys, early Christian rock churches and fine vineyards. A mix of ancient and modern, Urgup is a center for traditional handmade carpets, but also has a lively nightlife. Hot air ballooning is very popular, and a fantastic way to see the area's beauty from above.

Amazing experience! Highly recommend! Super easy! We were picked up from our hotel, taken to the take off location where we watched the balloons being filled. Had an amazing ride! Then were picked up and taken back to the hotel.
An absolute disaster. A once in a lifetime opportunity was denied to us, as the operator never responded when numerous attempts were made to confirm pick up details. Therefore it deserves 0 stars. All other operators operated with their Hot Air Balloon flights as we observed them from the valley.
An amazing adventure A must do in a lifetime!! A phenomenal experience. We enjoyed the trip, the pilot and crew were wonderful.
They cancelled my flight quoting weather for a day when all rides went up. I paid over the normal price but they wanted to get more money. Usually 250 euro. I paid them 350 euro. They cancelled so they could make 450 euro as flights had been cancelled for days. Horrible unethical company. Do not use.
The pickup and organisation was great, we had no issues for an enjoyable flight Three hours approx from pick up to drop off inc a one hour flight.
It was well organised. We were pick-up punctually and brought to the balloon departure point. There was a delay due to the weather conditions but all worked out eventually. The flight was really good and the 'Captain' of the balloon was jovial yet very responsible - briefing the passengers on the various safety procedures before take-off. Lovely ride and the scenery at sunrise was incredible! A nice ceremony after the end of the ride completed a great experience for us. Thank you.
We made exactly the experience a lot of the other comments also describe: the trip is cancelled the day before, no reason is given. It was definitely not a weather issue, as the sky was full of other balloons.
We booked with this company for a hot air balloon tour and a day before our tour they canceled without any explanation. I have tried to contact them muppets times and they have not replied. After talking to other people on our tour bus their tours are still taking place. This company will give up your reservation to a higher bidder BEWARE
