During this 2D1N Mount Kinabalu adventure, travelers will begin at Kinabalu Park Headquarters where registration and permits are arranged before taking the park shuttle to the Timpohon Gate, the official starting point of the climb; from there, you’ll trek through lush rainforest and alpine terrain, gradually ascending to Panalaban Base Camp where you’ll spend the night at Laban Rata Resthouse, sharing dormitory-style accommodation and enjoying meals provided; in the early hours of the next morning, you’ll set off with your mountain guide for the summit push to Low’s Peak at 4,095 meters, witnessing breathtaking sunrise views above the clouds, before descending back to Panalaban for breakfast and returning to Kinabalu Park, completing an unforgettable journey that blends physical challenge, natural beauty, and the pride of conquering Southeast Asia’s highest peak.
