TourViaGo (tourviago.com) is operated by TurLEO Turizm Seyahat Acentesi Ltd. Şti., a travel agency licensed by TÜRSAB (licence no. 6154), and is a Global Partner of Viator, a Tripadvisor company.

1. Booking through Viator

• Tours, day trips, multi-day trips and airport transfers shown on this site are listed by Viator. When you press "Book now" you continue to viator.com, where the booking contract is made with Viator and the tour operator under Viator's terms and conditions.
• Payment is taken by Viator on viator.com. TourViaGo does not process card payments for these products and receives a commission from Viator at no extra cost to you.
• Prices, availability, inclusions and reviews are shown as supplied by Viator and its operators; the viator.com product page at the time of booking prevails.

2. Cancellation and refunds

• Each product shows its cancellation policy on viator.com before you pay; that policy applies. Changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by Viator's customer service using the details in your Viator confirmation e-mail.
• Hotel bookings made directly with us (North Cyprus) follow the conditions shown on the hotel booking page and your written confirmation from us.

3. Airport transfers

• Prices are per vehicle unless stated "per person". Free waiting time after landing is stated on the product page.
• Send us your flight number; we track delays. If you miss the driver, call the number in your confirmation before leaving the airport.

4. Privacy

We process the personal data you give us (account details, enquiries, hotel bookings) only to answer you and manage your booking, and share it only with the supplier delivering the service. Bookings made on viator.com are covered by Viator's privacy policy. We do not sell personal data. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at info@turleo.com. Analytics cookies run only with your consent.

5. Governing law

Turkish law applies. Disputes are handled by the consumer arbitration boards and courts of Turkey. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
