For arrival to Dubai International Airport Terminal 1 and 3, please note the following instructions: Our airport representative will meet and greet you after leaving the arrival hall (Terminal 1 and 3 Dubai International Airport) (Elevate DMC, orange uniform and holding a sign board with your name), hand over your welcome in-destination envelope containing all the destination details, and introduce you to your driver. Once you have met the airport representative and driver, the driver will escort you to the parking area where the transfer vehicle will be ready. OR For pick-up at Dubai hotels, please note the following instructions: Zones: from/to Dubai International Airport (DXB)/Port Rashid to any Dubai Hotel (Dubai City (Deira/Bur Dubai), Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai Marina, Tecom, Media City, Palm Jumeirah and Jebel Ali) Our driver will be present in the lobby area before your scheduled pick-up time.

Shahzad drove us from our hotel to the airport, he explained to us the history of Dubai and informed us with some amazing facts, very friendly, safe and made our experience super comfortable & educational.
Shahzad is friendly person. The trip to airport was very nice and comfortable. As we have 1 day trip and it was very hot to discover Dubai, Shahzad introduce us little historic information of UAEand main attractive points in Dubai we can meet next time. I really appreciated him for knowledge and interesting talk.

Great experience with Elevate and in particular Rami who looked after us from the beginning. We went for a holiday to Ras Al Khaimah, via Dubai airport. The private transfers to our hotel were excellent, great service, comfortable cars and friendly professional staff. On our way back to UK on the 28th February, the conflict in the middle east began and we were stuck in Dubai. The elevate team were excellent in providing reassurance, advice and support in what was a scary time. We ended up staying in Dubai for an extra 6 days. Elevate’s staff supported us through this period. We are very grateful to the team at Elevate and look forward to using their services again.
