Shahzad is friendly person. The trip to airport was very nice and comfortable. As we have 1 day trip and it was very hot to discover Dubai, Shahzad introduce us little historic information of UAEand main attractive points in Dubai we can meet next time. Great experience with Elevate and in particular Rami who looked after us from the beginning. We went for a holiday to Ras Al Khaimah, via Dubai airport. The private transfers to our hotel were excellent, great service, comfortable cars and friendly professional staff. On our way back to UK on the 28th February, the conflict in the middle east began and we were stuck in Dubai. The elevate team were excellent in providing reassurance, advice and support in what was a scary time. We ended up staying in Dubai for an extra 6 days. Elevate’s staff supported us through this period. We are very grateful to the team at Elevate and look forward to using their services again.
