Resumen
La caminata comenzará desde el pueblo de Sembalun a una altitud de 1100 m y también tendrá lugar en el pueblo de Sembalun. Esta ruta estará mimada por un gran paisaje, un camino un poco largo y un poco de calor durante el cruce de la pradera. Para llegar al borde del cráter a una altura de 2.600 m, necesitarás mucha energía porque tienes que escalar cinco colinas que son muy altas y desafiantes.
El segundo día es la lucha por llegar a la cumbre con una altura de 3.726m, comenzando a las 2 am para lograr que el sol salga por la cumbre. Por supuesto, esto es muy impresionante porque ya puedes conquistar la segunda montaña más alta de Indonesia y capturas tu momento tomando fotografías.

Día a día
- Sembalun Village ALDEA DE SENARU, ALDEA DE SEMBALUN (1.150 M) Y BORDE DEL CRÁTER DE SEMBALUN (2.639 M) ¡Después del desayuno, serás trasladado! Prepárate para ir al pueblo de Sembalun con nuestro coche de montaña especial. El viaje al pueblo de Sembalun durará de 45 minutos a una hora. Llegaremos aproximadamente a las 8.00 am. El registro en el Rinjani Information Center (RIC) es de 1051 m y el Puesto 1 (Puesto de Monitoreo) es de 1300 m, lo que llevará 2 horas. Tomamos un descanso de 5/10 minutos en el Puesto 1 (Puesto de Monitoreo) y luego continuamos hasta el Puesto 2 (Tengengean) 1500 m durante aproximadamente 1 hora. Tomamos un breve descanso de 5 a 10 minutos en el Puesto 2 (Tengengean) y luego continuamos nuestro viaje hasta el Puesto 3 (Pada Balong) 1800 m durante aproximadamente 1 hora. Tomamos un descanso de 2 horas en el Puesto 3, el guía y los porteadores luego se preparan para el almuerzo y una bebida caliente (té, café, chocolate caliente o té con limón). Después de almorzar y descansar, continuamos hacia el borde del cráter Sembalun (Pelawangan Sembalun) 2639M, durante 3 horas, incluida una subida empinada prolongada.

Al pasar la noche acampando en el borde del cráter Sembalun, podemos disfrutar de las impresionantes vistas al atardecer y al amanecer a la mañana siguiente: el lago Segara Anak, el pueblo de Sembalun y la cima del monte Rinjani en el norte de Lombok.
- Mount Rinjani Nos despertaremos a las 02.30 am si no nos perdemos el hermoso amanecer y tomamos un desayuno ligero. Comience la caminata para dirigirse a la cumbre Rinjani (3672 m) a las 3:00 am durante aproximadamente 3 horas y 30 minutos. La primera etapa es una subida moderada de 2 horas, mientras que la segunda etapa es una caminata bastante fácil pero larga. La última hora es muy empinada y difícil (hay muchas piedras sueltas, y al dar dos pasos hacia adelante, se resbala un paso hacia atrás). Desde la cima del monte Rinjani, puede ver toda la isla de Lombok, Bali, el monte Tambora en Sumbawa y el lago Segara Anak. Después del amanecer bajaremos al borde del cráter Sembalun y desayunaremos. Después del desayuno y un descanso, continuaremos bajando al pueblo de Sembalun durante 4-5 horas, almorzaremos en el puesto 3 o 2 y llegaremos al pueblo de Sembalun (1150 m) al mediodía. El auto está esperando para llevarnos al pueblo de Senaru, el viaje ha terminado.

We had the most incredible experience in Senaru! The town itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning waterfalls and so much to explore. Abraham, one of our guides, met with us the night before the hike to make sure we had everything we needed, the right gear, and were fully prepared for the adventure ahead. From start to finish, everything was so well organised. The hike itself was truly magical, with incredible scenery throughout, and the food provided along the way was absolutely amazing. Our guides were so friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience even more special. If you’re visiting Lombok, this is an absolute must! We couldn’t recommend the experience highly enough. 🌿🥾✨
It was amazing ! So the taxi was waiting for us in the harbour then we slept in a wonderful hotel. The next morning, the trek started, our guide Brahim and our porter (especially Andy) was very kind and funny. We walked for one day until the crater rim, the sunset was incredible. The quality of the food and the services were very nice. So we slept on the crater rim, and we woke up for the summit at 2am. Prepare yourself mentally, I’m in good shape so it was a little bit difficult for me, but for my girlfriend it was really hard (even though, she go to the gym 1/2 times a week) . However we managed to made it to the top !!! It takes a lot of mental strength for the two days. Thanks to our guide and to Rinjanj Hero for this achievement. You can go with them whitout hesitation. The view on the summit is worth it. Prepare yourself a little bit.

Rinjani Hero was the best, we switched our hike last minute as we wanted to do the summit and it wasn’t an issue, they had it sorted straight away. The information about the hike and what to expect was great. They came to our accomodation the night before and gave us a briefing. The next morning before we left they checked our bags to make sure we packed right and then we were off. The food was incredible and Maan was the absolute best guide, he was so helpful and friendly. We hiked the summit in 2hrs and ran back down it in just over an hour, it was no problem for Maan, he checked on me constantly and made sure I was ok. Our two porters were the fantastic, it’s incredible what they do and they were so much fun to be around and always had everything ready for us- food camp etc, when we arrived at the stops. The whole team made our trip a once in a life time experience. I will book with them again, I don’t think you can get better than these guys!

The summit trek was really an awesome experience, thanks again to Joe our guide and our 2 porters who were amazing. The trek is physical but the view at the top is worth it. No complaints, everything was great 🙌🏻

Trekking/Climbing Rinjani with Rinjani Hero was an incredible experience! We did the 2 Days / 1 Night Summit trek starting on June 26, 2025, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. A huge thank-you to our amazing guides and porters, who did everything possible to make the journey comfortable and enjoyable. They were always supportive, cheerful, and professional — carrying heavy loads, setting up camp, cooking delicious meals, and making sure we had everything we needed. The trek itself was challenging but absolutely worth it — the sunrise from the summit was breathtaking and unforgettable. Thanks to the whole Rinjani Hero team for making this adventure so smooth, safe, and memorable. Highly recommended!
