こんにちは、カテリーナです! ナクソスで生まれ育ち、この5年間、オリーブオイルや食べ物、そしてシンプルな日常の習慣を通して自分の島を分かち合ってきました。 ナクソスタウンの中心部にある私の真新しい工房では、温かくリラックスした、本物の地元を感じるテイスティングとベーキング体験のために、小さな居心地の良いグループをホストしています。 エクストラバージンオリーブオイルのフレンドリーな紹介から始めます。 オイルを本当の意味で「エクストラバージン」にするには？ 本物の香りや味をどのように認識していますか？ それで料理できる? さまざまなナクシアンオイルを味わいながら、簡単なテクニックを学び、地元の人々がオリーブオイルとハーブや食べ物を組み合わせる方法を発見しながら、一緒にこれらの疑問を探ります。 そしてパン作りに飛び込む。 曾祖母から祖母、そして私へと受け継がれてきた家族のレシピを使って、伝統的なパンを用意します。 シンプルで、一緒に育った匂いや思い出が詰まっています。 少人数のグループでは、すべてが個人的なものに感じられます。 大きなクラスについていくより、地元の人と過ごす方が楽しい。 最終的には、ナクソスを最も本格的な方法で味わうことができるでしょう！ ナクソスタウンの中心部で一緒に伝統的なナクソスの味を体験し、本物の専門知識、心、そして楽しいひとときをお過ごしください。

Katerina provided the most wonderful morning activity on our vacation. We started by baking a loaf of bread, then sampled different olive oils while learning the history of olive oil making! Finished up with a fantastic lunch. Katerina was the perfect host! She was so friendly, knowledgeable and has wonderful recommendations for your vacation! Would love to do this again next time we are here
This was one of our favorite experiences of our trip! Katerina is lovely and hosts a great class. The food she prepares is wonderful, the breadmaking is fun, and I learned a lot about olive oil that I didn't know before. Could not recommend this experience enough!!!
Katerina is fabulous. The bread making and olive oil tasting is a fun experience. I learned a lot. The meal and snacks were also very tasty. The meal ingredients were all family farm sourced and wonderful quality. So glad Katerina is sharing her grandmother’s recipes and wisdom.

Not only was she a great guide during the experience, but she also gave us the best recommendations for things to do and eat in Naxos and beyond. Don't miss out on this experience. My daughter and i joined an Olive tasting and bread baking class with Katerina and it was great! She's a lovely host; we learned about the quality of olive oil, how it's produced ad made delicieus olivebread according her grandmothers recipe. Also the lunch was good whit fresh food. We highly recommend joining one of her classes or tours in Naxos. Efcharisto!
